Nola Brunch & Beignets

In 2012, Pieter and Susan Sypesteyn launched the Where Y’at Food Truck in San Antonio, bringing a taste of New Orleans to Texas. As a New Orleans native, Pieter missed the flavors of home, especially breakfast! Tired of just breakfast tacos, he decided to create Nola Brunch & Beignets. His menu blends New Orleans’ rich cultural flavors with the city’s brunch scene, serving up delicious dishes like New Orleans Barbecue Shrimp and, of course, beignets.
