By using Where To Go SA — the guides, Ask A Local, the trip planner, or any booking — you agree to these terms. We've kept them in plain language because that's how we'd want to read them.
The guides are opinions — good ones, but opinions
Every recommendation on this site is the honest opinion of a San Antonio local. Restaurants change chefs, bars change hours, venues close. We keep things current, but verify hours and reservations before you build a night around them. We're not responsible for a venue having an off night — though if it does, tell Willie.
Bookings: transfers and concierge time
- Flat rates mean flat rates. The price you book is the price — no meter, no surge. Early morning (before 6am) and late night (after 11pm) pickups add the posted surcharge, confirmed by text before your ride.
- Confirmation by text. After you book, Willie texts you to confirm timing and details. A booking isn't final until it's confirmed.
- Cancellations. Cancel 24+ hours ahead for a full refund. Inside 24 hours, we'll work with you — plans change on trips, we get it. No-shows aren't refundable.
- Be ready. Flat-rate pricing assumes reasonable wait times at pickup. Extended waits may be billed as concierge time, communicated up front.
Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Receipts come from Stripe; questions about a charge go to Willie at 210-880-3390 first — most things resolve with one text.
Ask A Local and the trip planner
Ask A Local answers from Willie's verified picks, but it's an automated assistant — double-check anything time-sensitive like hours or closures. The trip planner builds suggestions from the same picks; it saves your plan on your device, not on our servers.

The writing, photography selections, and guide structure on this site belong to Where To Go SA. Share links freely; don't republish whole guides as your own.
Liability, plainly
We provide guides and transportation in good faith, but your trip decisions are yours. To the extent the law allows, Where To Go SA isn't liable for indirect damages from using the site or following a recommendation. For any booking dispute, our maximum liability is what you paid for that booking.
